Roundabout's Sales Contract

Buybacks
I always require buybacks unless otherwise stated. This does not only go for our homebreds, but every horse sold by Roundabout. These buybacks must be stated on the horses' page. If you fail to offer us our horse back, it will be reclaimed, and you will no longer be able to purchase horses from us.

Ageing
Unlike others, my horses do not have ageing-restrictions on them, so every horse can be aged anytime without my approval. There is to be absolutely no back-ageing though! But, this does also mean that if you do not want the horse anymore, and give it back to me, I will age the horse anytime I want, to whatever age I want.

Showing
Any horse sold by us as a showhorse (not stated broodmare/stud) must be shown. It can be bred alongside, but the main rule is that all horses must be actively shown. This means at least once a month, and it's page should be updated regularly (see below), so that I can see proof. If a horse is marked as a broodmare/stud, it can be retrained and lightly shown. All arabians and half-arabians must be shown in the AHAC!

Stats
Horses name, color, height, breed, bloodlines and so on, may not under any circumstances be changed or altered in any way. There are two exceptions to this:
- if their disciplines is not realistic, in wich case you are allowed to alter them. (ex. if a horse does CEP and EP, you may change it to one of them. If a horse does CEP and Pleasure Driving, you may change it to one of them OR CEP and CP driving OR EP and Pl. Driving).
- if the horse is a racehorse and is retrained after ending its racing career. When inquiring about a racehorse, please state if and when you will be retraining it, and to what discipline.
You are not allowed to change color genetics of any horse sold by us. You are not allowed to spay any mare sold by us, for any reason. No horse may under any circumstances die or be killed without my written permission. This means that a horse can not be imported into a game that let horses die in surprises/disasters, or in any other way.

Page URLs
A completed page URL is required within 14 days of the sale being approved. This means a page including stats, bloodlines, show record, progeny record and my buybacks on it. If the URL is changed or the horse moved, I must be informed and receive the new URL. If a link goes broken, I will give you 14 days to either give me a good reason, or get me a new one. If I do not have it by then I will reclaim the horse. As mentioned earlier, the URL must be updated regularly. Regularly does not mean every week, but you should be able to update it atleast once a year, so that I can see that the horse is active and shown. If not, the horse will be reclaimed.

Copying
A completed page URL is NOT simply copying my HTML. Do it yourself, I have worked more than hard enough for it, and if you don't want to put down any work in the horse, then don't buy it. If you have copied my HTML the horse will be reclaimed immidiatly. You are more than welcome to use my comments, but only if you give me credit! I have spendt numerous hours writing them, and I deserve to get credit for it.

SIM Games
Any horse bought from me are not allowed to be imported into any games without my written concent.

Retiring
You are not allowed to completely retire any horse bought from me, without consulting me about it. Every horse I sell are intended to be shown, even if it's just in halter.
